Does anyone know of a mailing address that I can send a cancellation letter to? I have made a point of cancelling expiring contracts by post after some painfully circular phone calls or 'lost' cancellation requests by phone with various companies, but this one is alluding me.
The 'Customer Care' team is adamant that the only physical way to cancel is to call their 'Account Management Department', which apparently 'has no address' (:D) and has also been engaged the only two times I've managed to call (and is shut weekends, apparently).
Why are companies still allowed to make it such a ball ache to leave?
