Changed address and Equifax

Hello. Recently i changed my address from a house to a flat, so my new address start with Flat XXX, NEW ADDRESS.
Equifax started to update all my data, but they tracked my Barclays current account and my Barclaycard to the address with the Flat XXX in front.
Other banks are showing under Linked Addresses with the new address, but without the Flat XXX - not sure why is that, despite the fact that I entered my new address everywhere the same, with Flat XXX in front. Is this normal, should I contact Equifax or banks to make corrections, so I will not have any linked addresses? Thanks in advance

Having a flat number can be a nightmare. FIL had many issues.
The banks would update their systems and he would stop receiving mail from them. Sometimes the flat number would vanish off the records.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0
