Help with vcs appeal please

Hi as the registered keeper I received a parking fine at Robin Hood airport in regards to the No stopping / waiting road, I am overwhelmed with all the info and found it hard just to find the newbies thread, can someone tell me if the below is what I should send as the first approach to them? Or is there another I should use?

I refer to the above notice which I challenge, not as driver but as keeper of the car, on the following grounds:

a). The sum sought does not represent a genuine pre-estimate of any loss and yet it is intended as a deterrent, so the charge is a penalty.
b). The signage on site is deficient, the wording unclear and it fails to comply with the Code of Practice.
c). In the absence of any evidence it is my case that you lack any or sufficient proprietary interest in the land.
d). Your notice was deficient and fails to comply with Schedule 4 of the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012.

This is my formal representation. There will be no admissions as to who was driving that day and no assumptions should be drawn in the absence of evidence. I have decided to appeal this as keeper and as such, you must either rely on the POFA 2012 or you must cancel the charge if you know you cannot claim keeper liability in this case. Please uphold this challenge or send a rejection letter, so I can escalate this matter to the independent appeal service offered by your Trade Body.

Yours faithfully

You've been here before, just a couple of months ago, used the NEWBIES sticky and won your case. So why are you now 'overwhelmed'?

And yes, that's the template to use! Also do searches on 'VCS Airport', or 'VCS Robin Hood' there's dozens upon dozens of VCS/Airport/Robin Hood situations, just the same as yours, all won, so use those as your guide too.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

No you didn't, you received a speculative invoice!

But it looks enough to hook a rejection and a POPLA code, unless one of the real experts have anything to add?

Since it was written by a real expert, no there won't be anything to add.
Newbie thread: go to the top of this page and find these words: Main site > MoneySavingExpert.com Forums > Household & Travel > Motoring > Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking. • Correct I did use this site a couple of months ago for the first time which I also did not find the easist to use and because this was not for parking but instead stopping/waiting I just wondered if it was the correct template, all I asked for was some simple advice and not to be questioned on why I was overwhelmed. Thanks anyway.
