We keep phoning to clarify two payments recently received but when going through the menu options always get to a call cannot be taken option.
We received two unexpected payments. One 250 and other 170 approx... Don't know why. I next scheduled payment is usually in about 9 days of 195ish.
do they often change these dates?
we have a provisional award and was expecting a final at some point. Was expecting an increase though as provision was based on about 18500 instead of actual 17k ish.
Likely to be an overpayment or genuine ya reckon?
