saying they havent recieved judgement

Hi,
Any advice for me, i phoned halifax and asked where my money was after being awarded judgement by default and they are saying they didnt recieve the judgement and asked me to phone the court to resend ,i did and the court said they had to request it and not me, phoned halifax back and told them and they said it must be still with there legal team, complete headless chicken routine, people i spoke to where just agency . i said i'd give them another 7 days before i send in the baliffs. any numbers for the legal teams ?
