I ordered some USB sticks late Thursday night on free 5 day delivery and Yodel delivered them this morning so as far as I'm concerned that was a great service.Always looking for a bargain and to help0

Mentioning Yodel and I would avoid the company. Absolutely hopeless and they seem to enjoy wasting people's time, falsely reporting items delivered when they have not been. Then mess you around for days, letting you chase the delivery until they get around to delivering it. If you have someone who can be at home all day and late into the night then they might be okay, but for the rest of us they are best avoided IMO.
eBuyer were always okay in my experience when I have used them which has not been for quite some time. I did have a couple of problems which were sorted out okay. I ordered some partitioned trays/cases which were damaged when I received them, they collected it and sent a replacement which was also damaged. They sent another without picking up the damaged one and told me to keep it. A small part broken out of the face plate which was easily glued. Nothing valueable though.0 -
I refuse to use ebuyer these days.
I placed a big order with them a few years ago. Basically all the parts needed to build a HTPC.
Put everything together and no life at all. Emailed. I thought it must have been the PSU because there was no life at all. So they replaced that. Thing still wouldn't work. This time the CPU went back and was replaced. Once again not working. Just crashing. So next the mobo went back. Again no go, they suggested returning the memory, I said no thanks and asked to return the lot.
I wouldn't mind but when you return it they test it and tell you if it's faulty or not. So it went like this. Order placed. Received. PSU returned. Tested. Ten days later email saying its found to be faulty and they're sending a replacement. PSU arrived a week later. Rinse and repeat with CPU. Then again with motherboard. Then a month or back and forth a before they would agree to let me return the lot. Eventually for a refund. Ordered from scan and had a fully working HTPC two days later.
So in one order they sent at least three faulty components. Thats just outrageous. Ever since I have refused to buy from them.Sigless0 -
It looks to me that when payment goes through ok they are quick to deliver and have many satisfied customers
As long as all goes smoothly and straightforward
Seems in my case and for others when it comes to returning faulty goods they are not so good
I think their customer services and returns department needs much improvementIWasLookingBackToSeeIfSheWasLookinBackToSeeIfIWasLookinBackAtHer.....0
