Premium price mark-up which might be funding the 8.5%, worthless rental guarantees with leaky get-out clauses, high management charges, impossible to sell on, and what happens if the management company goes bankrupt?0 -
Why do you think they offer Pods at £50/60/70,000 !
People have that sort of lump sum from pension or sale of house.
See if a high street lender will give you a mortgage to buy.
