Shouldn't have moaned :o lol. Been awarded cash back badge :rotfl::T

Had nearly a free day. Free tixs too cinema for DS and his friend. Free meal at pizza express with vouchers I had bought last year when glitching. Waiter was very pleased with tip I told them to take off card too. Free coffee as points on Costa card

Then tried to sell old iPhone to CSX/game who both said no, even though they had agreed on Fri to buy it. Grrrrrrrr glad I didn't make a special trip for it.

    thank you hun :o

to be honest, the service wasn't the greatest, my son's friend kept asking where the waiter was, why hadn't he come to clear the table, where was the food etc. BUT at the end of the day, they were working on a Sunday while I was out enjoying my day (sort of) with 2 little boys. So while the service may not have been the best, they still served us with smiles and provided lovely food. So thought to help their wages would give a little extra in their tips. More than I normally would. I hope they share the tips or get to keep them and the Manager don't get them all!

Well done, dorajar, but I'm puzzled by what an attic sale is:o
Is it like the table-top sale I did at the weekend where you take your clutter (well, it is in my case) or treasures to a church/village hall type place and sell it, like an indoor car boot sale? Was confused by the 'attic' bit but thought it must be like 'cash in the attic' which just means stuff you have that you want to get rid of.

A school where a friend's son goes recently held a 'suitcase sale'. It was in the school hall but sellers had to sell out of no more than 2 suitcases (a la Del Boy:rotfl:). Unfortunately when people saw 'Suitcase Sale' advertised they thought they were just selling luggage and only 3 potential buyers turned up the whole afternoon:eek:

    oh that's a shame.
