Hi, can anyone tell me the best thing to do with unwanted clothes.
But i have a load of totally unwanted clothes, am I best to take to a weigh in shop or get collected, a lot of them state they dont take outdated , worn, stained, etc. Someoone did say there are some places they take any condition clothes???
Really dont want to bin as may be of use to someone?
Hi, hopless
Not sure about best place to take wearable clothes but many of the charity shops are always glad to receive worn-out/torn/stained stuff so long as it is clean and the bag is labelled accordingly so they don't have to spend ages going through it. They have contracts with companies who buy up and collect their unwearable items for recycling and shredding to be made into other products. Just check at your local charity shops as some of mine welcome me with open arms when I take such stuff in:rotfl:0 -
