. The promoter of this competition is Wacoal Eveden (“the Promoter”). The competition is only open to anyone aged 18 years and above who are not employed by or connected with the Promoter.

2. The promoters will have the right to disclose the name of the winner and their city/town of residence.

3. The winner of the prize will be selected at random by independent judges. The judges’ decision is final. No correspondence shall be entered into. The winner will be notified in writing, by phone and/or by email within 7 days of the closing date (3rd October 2014).

4. If the potential winner cannot be contacted by 17th October 2014 or the prize notification is returned or is undeliverable, such potential winner forfeits all rights to the Prize, and an alternative winner may be selected. An unclaimed prize may not be awarded.

6. This prize for the 2 runners up consists of a House of CB Wildstar Clutch Bag (worth £30) and a set of Freya lingerie from the AW14 collection, subject to availability (consisting of one top and one co-ordinate).

7. Please note that no cash prize alternative will be offered. The prize is non-negotiable and location is at the discretion of the promoter depending on location of the winner. The Promoters decision is final.
