Today I recieved a letter offering £123.50 for a claim of £407.81, I rang a woman called Lisa Donegan from customer relations on 01244 694 183, I told her that unless we reach an agreement today the court proceedings will still stand, she offered me £185.20 of the claim, this I agreed to . So another small victory for the customer

£407.81 a great victory and a pleasant surprise
