Avent and Brabantia!

Hi everyone!
I just thought I'd big these folks up as they have both been refreshingly good with their customer service!
About 15 minutes ago I emailed Avent with a query about a breastpump. They called me back within 5 minutes of me emailing, and a lovely lady solved the problem on the telephone!
We also have one of those tough top Brabantia bins, twice the lid has gone (not so fab, but they have changed the clasps now slightly, so far so good) but they've sent replacements straight away without any issues at all. And they've been incredibly friendly and quick.
It's a shame that it's a rarity these days, but I would recommend them to anybody after receiving such lovely service from them. :T

Yes, we've had the same experience with Brabantia - they sent us a complete new lid as well with minimal hassle from our part. Thumbs up!0
