    I reckon you could sue for at least £5m for this utter travesty, Plus your redundancy pay out of course

    and sue the government too, and the NHS for being ill

    Why the 90 days consultation, it's 45 days now unless there is a collective agreement with the union.

    Also I thought you could not be put on notice till after the consultation.

    Yes, but it also says,
    The firm says all roles at the site are at risk of redundancy and it has now entered into a consultation period with staff starting on October 2.
