AXA - car hire excess cover

Paid several premiums over the years and for the 1st time I have needed to claim a paltry 98 pounds from AXA. Despite 1 year passing and 3 emails and calls confirming cheque will be raised. They are now ignoring my emails. I am so fed up of the time it has and is costing just to finalise this claim. Any help in getting the cheque sent?

Their rep turned up here recently to "help" solve a problem (second time in 2 years! This does not reflect the number of axa complaints on here over the last 2 years!!!)
Might be worth contacting her:AXA_Insurance wrote: »....feel free to e-mail your details to socialteam@axainsurance.com and we will be happy to help.
Thanks,
Angelina
Read up on Axa here and across the net and you might want to go with someone else at renewal time. (Lots report problems when it comes to actually making a claim)0
