Dear Sir,
Your customer service is a Joke. Lesley Kinley and Ian Collins frankly could not find their backsides with both hands, a map and torches.
They lie and are as obstructive as possible refuse to ring you and terminate then block the live chat. There is no customer help line and customers are asked to complete physically impossible requests to complete the claims process and then have to explain the situation several times to people who are eqaully clueless.
You took £99 of me to deliver a Parcel to Spain, it never got there and was returned to me over 20kg lighter and almost every side of the package ripped open with most of the contents missing. No explanation and then I was met with every type of obstruction possible.
I have lost at least 2 days work as a result of this and am still almost £500 out of pocket for the parcel.
Lesley Kinley has refused to ring me despite promising she would and seems intent on draging this out and forcing me to take county court action against you.
I have heard every excuse in the book and frankly your company is a disgrace. Customers are your lifeblood yet you seem to treat them with contempt.

So your staff are as cowardly as you!!!
You wont ring to explain yourself and I am still nearly £500 out of pocket and will have to take out a payday loan if I do not recieve my money which I will hold you accountable for the interst.
How can your company be so totally incompetant that you can not even refund when you admit liability?
