Submitting POPLA appeal online - which box do I tick for reason of appeal?

Dear All,
I'm just about to submit my POPLA appeal online, but not sure which box to tick for the reason for appeal, I have the following options:
- I was not improperly parked.
- The parking charge (ticket) exceeded the appropriate amount.
- The vehicle was stolen.
- I am not liable for the parking charge.
I'm assuming its the 'not liable for the parking charge?'
But dont want to muck it up at this stage,
Any thoughts?
