how to upload photos from smart camera to specific fb group

I have a Samsung smart camera. It has a function to upload photos taken with it direct to facebook, which I have used and works fine. However I am a big fan of weather and also belong to a dedicated fb weather interest group.


I should like to take and post weather photos direct to this group from time to time, when I am out and about. I cannot work out how to do this. The camera only seems to upload direct to your main facebook account where they will be irrelevant to my main fb friends. I want to post the images direct to the weather group when I capture them.


Is it possible to upload photos direct to a specific fb group of which I am member? Does anyone else do this with an android phone, I assume the principle is the same?.

This (old) article on the Facebook for Android app suggests a method for posting individual photographs to a Facebook group:

"When you go to a friend's wall or a group page, you'll now see a little camera icon in the top left. A tap of this allows you to either snap a picture there and then for uploading, or select a pic from your gallery."
