Appealing to Parking eye, through their site

Anyone done this, how long does it usually take to get a response?

It's been about 2 week now since I appealed for my self and on behalf of my father. And heard nothing since. I don't want them pretending they haven't received them, then move onto the next step. I don't trust these people at all.

  • Did you get a receipt from their website that they have received your email?

If you did not, I would recommend you send them via snail mail and get a free certificate of posting. They cannot deny they did not receive the appeal then (ref 9(6) of POFA http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2012/9/schedule/4/enacted)

P.S. I hope you appealed as the registered keeper and not as the driver

Above advice is good if within the 28 day window. But I wouldn't worry too much, the one problem we don't usually see is PE denying they got electronic appeals. They have 35 days to respond, so you can just sit tight.
They never send an acknowledgement to my knowledge, so you will probably be ok.
