They have up to sixteen weeks to respond. No one has so far reported waiting that long.0

I sent mine in on the very last day - 1st class
I have just got a cheque for £428 and was coming on here to say thanks to Martin for the template which I used. I would not have got round to it if not for that.
I'm wondering now if I could have claimed for my late husband but I left it too late. He had the same cards as me
