UKPC NtKs

Hi All,
Does anyone know if the latest UKPC NtKs are compliant with PoFA 2012?
One of my clients wholly owns an office building and small car park, but the business park it is in is owned by a private landlord. The landlord does not like people parking on the runway-wide roads (and refuses to sell any of the derelict land for additional parking). He has just brought in UKPC to issue parking charges for anyone that parks on the roads in the business park - usual rubbish, £100 for 'failing to comply'. The signs went up over the weekend.
I have told my client that any charges can be defeated at POPLA and have been asked to put together some soft appeal & POPLA appeal templates. My client's staff certainly seem up for the fight - and en masse as well.
I've dealt with UKPC before on this forum but I just want to get the NtK appeal point right in the template i.e. if they are now compliant then I'll leave that part out.
Many thanks. ES

The chances of those knuckledraggers getting POFA right on their NtKs is very remote.

The first thing you should do is get stuck right-in to the Newbies Sticky. All you need to see-off UKPC is there and our track record against them is second to none!

Please leave nothing out of initial appeal. There are almost always faults, even if it is simply not identifying the creditor!mNewbie thread: go to the top of this page and find these words: Main site > MoneySavingExpert.com Forums > Household & Travel > Motoring > Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking. Click on words Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking. Newbie thread is the first post. Blue New Thread button is just above it to left.0

Thanks folks.
I'll leave the non-compliant NtK bit in, and let UKPC try to prove otherwise.
I have the appeal template (used it before, and it very up to date) and do try to contribute to other posters (though nowhere near as much as you all do) - I just want to get all the boxes ticked for a good set of templates for everyone at this office block. Didn't particularly want to look like an asre if UKPC have suddenly raised their game.
Well, UKPC are going to have one hell of a groundhog day from this farming expedition!
Thanks again.0 -
UKPC usually fold before POPLA, when they see forum template appeals:

So there won't be any real fighting needed!

If the number of appeals start to heavily outweigh any monies coined from the unknowing, then I can see UKPC tendering their notice pretty quickly. The more people you encourage to challenge the PCNs, the sooner their bags will be packed.
