Halfords once quoted me £45 to fit a track rod end onto a corsa and at the same time quoted £45 for a rack boot on the same side be ause that's what thei computer says they have to charge. They even tried to tell me that the 3weeks remaining on the mot cert were void as it had failed an mot. Take it to a proper back street garage where mechanics know what they are on about.
