Got my POPLA result today. Appeal was allowed and Parking Eye told to cancel the ticket. It seems that they didn't bother sending any evidence to back up the ticket despite sending me several reminder notices to pay up and also a notice with an increased charge!
At one point I almost paid the fine but got a preverbal kick up the backside from the posters on this forum telling me to persevere.
Im glad I did.
So many thanks to Coupon mad for the template and all the other experts for their invaluable advice and support.
