New Look Data Access Request Charge - Grrr

Hi there, please feel free to move this to the right thread if i'm wrong to start a new one, i couldn't see new look anywhere...

I have a balance of £30, which i was going to pay off in full this month (bit flush, due to HBOS refund!) but then thought i might as well try for charges back on this account to clear balance and maybe give me some extra cash back.

i sent a letter last week and quickly they have replied saying fill in this DAta Access Request form, and enclose cheque for £10 for the info.

Trouble is i don't know if there will be much coming back to me on this account and i grudge paying £10.... can i ask them to charge to £10 to my balance?

Thanks, i have returned the form for the information and instead of a cheque have asked them to charge the £10 to my balance! This is probably going to be a pointless excercise cause i realyl don't know that i'll have anything to get back on this one. But i'd only wonder about it if i never checked!
