Oooh squash lovely - cut it in half (or depending on how big/tough it is, into quarters) and scoop out the seeds. Then cut into chunks and roast the flesh for about 20-30 minutes. Very tasty!0

I'm in Diss on Norfolk/Suffolk Border can anyone recommend a veg box scheme in the area? I have just got an allotment so in the future I will be growing my own but until then I'd like to try veg box scheme.

Supermarket vegetables are so tasteless. It's the pink tomatoes that are already half green inside that bug me, along with carrots that taste of, well, nothing.Happy chappy0
