This might not be for you, but I recently bought a perfectly lovely second-hand sofa from a local charity shop for £125 plus £30 delivery. Depending on where you go, they might be professionally cleaned before you buy them and quality-wise: I saw some that looked really good, basically as good as new. If you go to shops in well-off areas, you can find some really good quality second-hand goods. Also: no waiting for three months for delivery.
You could also try to get ex-display models? Not sure how to go about finding those deals though.0
