"5. The Prize: One winner will win 1 x adventure trip to the Himalayas in Nepal for 7 nights between 21st November 2014 and 28th November 2014 along with three other Nissan Xtrail Adventure winners from France, Germany and Spain. The prize includes return economy flights from the winner’s nearest international airport and accommodation in various places such as wild camping, private campsites and local hotels. The winner will participate in activities such as, but not limited to canyon swinging, abseiling, climbing through water, whitewater rafting, rock climbing, downhill mountain biking and more. All meals, transfers within Nepal, vaccinations, travel insurance, Nepalese visa costs and specialist adventure equipment are included. Please see clause 11 for further conditions.

6. Prize is non-transferable, dates are non-changeable, non-refundable and there is no cash alternative. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value.

7. Winner selection: The winner will be selected within 2 working days after the Promotion Period by a panel of judges containing PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service. The judges will base their winner selection on the following criteria: a. Reference to an adventure theme;
b. Creativity;
c. Originality; and
d. Personality shown through the selfie.

8. Entries will be rejected if they:
a. contain defamatory, malicious, indecent or other inappropriate content;
b. do not include the image of the entrant;
c. include the names, likenesses, photographs, or similar of any individual without their express permission;
d. have not been uploaded specifically for the promotion;
e. refer to any brand other than the Promoter; or
f. represent a danger to health and safety of entrant or anyone else."
