Win a £500 holiday voucher

1. The Promoter
The prize draw is operated by Last Minute Network Limited (“lastminute.com”) at 77 Hatton Garden, London, EC1N 8JS.
2. The Prize
2.1 The prize consists of a holiday voucher with a value of £500 that can be redeemed against any Holiday product available on the following page of lastminute.com’s website, http://holidays.lastminute.com, (the “Prize”). The Prize will be won by one winner.
2.2 The Prize must be redeemed in one transaction against one Holiday product, and cannot be applied to multiple transactions or multiple Holiday products. If the value of the winner’s chosen Holiday product is lower than £500, the winner will forfeit the remaining value difference of the Prize. If the value of the winner’s chosen Holiday product is more than £500, the winner must pay any value difference in excess of the Prize.
2.3 The Prize excludes all additional costs not included in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to, transportation to and from an airport/hotel, insurance, personal expenses such as food, drink, excursions, visas etc.
2.4 The Prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable, and non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
2.5 In the event of unforeseen circumstances, lastminute.com reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value without notice.
2.6 The Prize must be redeemed by 31 December 2014, and is subject to availability. The winner ‘s chosen Holiday product must depart before 31 March 2015.
3. Entry Requirements
3.1 The prize draw runs between 00:01 on 23 September 2014 and 23:59 on 28 September 2014 (the “Prize Draw Period”). No entries received before or after these times will be accepted.
3.2 To enter the prize draw, participants must complete the lastminute.com survey (operated by Qualtrics) titled “Win a £500 holiday voucher” (the “Survey”), and submit the Survey by clicking the “Done” button at the bottom of the Survey webpage.
3.3 By entering the prize draw, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. Lowcostholidays Spain, S.L.’s terms and conditions shall also apply to the Prize.
4. Eligibility Requirements
4.1 The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18 years and over.
4.2 The prize draw is not open to employees of lastminute.com or of Lowcostholidays Spain, S.L.
4.3 Entry to the prize draw is limited to one entry per person
4.4 Entrants, and if applicable all of their accompanying guests, must be eligible to utilize the Prize in accordance with Lowcostholidays Spain, S.L.’s terms and conditions.
4.5 lastminute.com reserves the right to require entrants to prove their eligibility, disqualify ineligible entries, and to award the Prize to another entrant should a winning entrant be found to be ineligible.
5. Awarding and claiming the Prize
5.1 The winner will be selected at random by lastminute.com and will be notified by email on or before 7 October 2014.
5.2 The winner is required to claim the Prize by contacting lastminute.com in accordance with the instructions provided in the email they receive from lastminute.com.
5.3 In the event that the winner fails within 7 days to claim the Prize in accordance with these terms and conditions, lastminute.com reserves the right to award the Prize to another entrant.
5.4 It is the winner’s responsibility to redeem the Prize directly with lastminute.com in accordance with the instructions given to them by lastminute.com, and to notify lastminute.com of any special requirements, special assistance, medical conditions and/or allergies at the time of redeeming the Prize.
6. Other
6.1 By entering the prize draw, the winner agrees to lastminute.com publishing their name and hometown and/or county, and to participate in any reasonable publicity that lastminute.com may require in connection with the prize draw, including but not limited to on https://www.lastminute.com and on lastminute.com’s social media channels.
6.2 By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to lastminute.com sharing their completed Survey (excluding any personal data provided by an entrant when completing the Survey) with Lowcostholidays Spain, S.L, lastminute.com’s holiday products partner.
6.3 The Prize may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
6.4 Any customer data collected by lastminute.com from entrants entering the prize draw will be retained and used in accordance with lastminute.com’s Privacy Policy, which can be accessed here .
