Sorry to have no idea how much, but wishing you *every* success - the one tiny bit of flat roof has been a reliable source of damp (& irritiation) all the decades I've known it.
Even if you have to go down the full Planning route, a properly pitched roof to shift rain into drains is worth every penny IMHO!0 -
