Success - Barclays Additions Active Account

I was sold an Additions Active Account by Barclays in 2011. I always thought that I wasn't sold what I was explained - I was told that my monthly costs would reduce and they didn't, and I never used any of the benefits that came with the account. The account held my student overdraft of £2500 and I couldn't afford to pay it off so a reduction on interest sounded good.


I complained last month I received a letter asking for more evidence last week and I received a letter today with compensations of £804.34p hooray!


I used one of the MSE Templates - feeling pleased with myself today
