Hi All,
Just thought I would let you know - my Daughter picked up an invoice from Parking Eye from my local car-park!
She had the NTK for an 13min over-stay whilst using the gym, I dug out the appeal I used for two invoices I had when the car-park system was put in place.
She sent a snotty letter back to PE telling them they had no right etc. and if they didn't cancel she wanted the POPLA code.
Just over a week later she had a letter officially cancelling the invoice!!:rotfl:
