Prize and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): Grand Prize (1): A five-day/four-night trip for two (2) to Istanbul, Turkey. Trip includes accommodations for four (4) nights at the Istanbul Marriott Hotel Sisli in one (1) Deluxe Sea View Room on bed and breakfast basis – based on double occupancy (including tax and resort fees) and round-trip economy class air transportation for two (2) with Turkish Airlines from major airport near winner’s home to Istanbul, Turkey. Departure and arrival airport to be chosen at the Sponsor's sole discretion. The ARV of the Grand Prize is £2,000.

Prize Restrictions: Prize cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred, or redeemed for cash; however, Sponsor reserves the right to make equivalent prize substitutions at its sole discretion if any advertised prize (or portion of a prize) becomes unavailable. Winner is responsible for any loss of prize after it has been delivered. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize. Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and expenses related to use of prize not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the prize winner and his/her travel companion. Travel must take place by 20 October 2015 and the prize must be booked by 31 December 2014 or prize will be forfeited. Trip subject to availability of flights and room on the winner's preferred dates. The winner will need to liaise with a Marriott UK representative (as specified in the prize confirmation) to check availability. All fees and expenses (such as security fees, gratuities, luggage fees, meals and ground transportation, travel and medical insurance, visa requirements, additional spending money, personal expenses, souvenirs, upgrades and incidental charges and other expenses not specifically stated herein) related to use of the trip not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the winner and his/her travel companion. Trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Winner and his/her travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary. Seat selection and timing of trip subject to confirmation of reservations. Major credit card required at check-in to cover any incidental charges. Winner’s travel companion (or winner as parent/legal guardian of travel companion if he/she is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of primary residence and winner’s child/charge) will be required to execute a release of liability prior to travel. Prize winner and his/her travel companion must possess valid travel documents (i.e., a passport, visa, etc.) and travel on the same itinerary. Prize winner and his/her travel companion are responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Promotion, and those set forth by Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. Lost, stolen or damaged airline tickets will not be replaced or exchanged. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by any air carrier(s) or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services to passengers including any results thereof such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. The passenger contracts in use by the airlines or other transportation companies shall constitute the sole contracts with respect to the Prize winner's and his/her travel companion's transportation and such contracts shall be solely between the Prize winner, his/her travel companion(s) and such transportation companies.

If Grand Prize winner’s travel companion is a minor:

• the Grand Prize winner must be his/her parent/legal guardian and his/her parent/legal guardian must sign and return all required documentation;
• meals shall not include alcoholic drinks; and
• if the travel dates are in school term-time, the Grand Prize winner must obtain the prior written consent of the travel companion's head teacher for the travel companion's absence from school on such days.

A winner’s travel companion cannot be changed after the booking at the hotel and flights have been confirmed.
