Barclays Regular Saver
SKIPPY
Hoping someone may be able to shed some light on this for me. I opened a regular saver last year paying in £250 per month at 3.2%, using the calculator on here I was expecting to get back just over 3000 in total. I have only received 2788. Am I overlooking something? On the statement in shows they pay the interest monthly but I did not think that this should make any difference.
Ive had a regular saver before with a different bank and received what I was expecting i.e what the calculator on here said I would.
Maths is not my strong point I'm afraid.
Many Thanks for any help received.

Sounds as if you have only made 11 payments. If you have made 12 payments, you need to talk to Barclays.0

yes, clearly 12 x £250 will be £3,000....+the interest0

Thank you both, quite simple when its pointed out to you

Obviously the terms were slightly different to the one I had before.
Thanks again0
