Tomtom speed cams.

I downloaded the speedcamera files from Tomtoms website last night.

Camera alerts are enabled in services. The list of cam types appears with the options to set warning distance, type of camera, the little loudspeaker symbol and the settings of warn, warn when speeding or never warn - always warn is selected. Device is a GO

The problem is the camera sites don't show on the map therefore no warning is provided - any ideas?

1. Tap the screen to show the Main Menu.
2. Tap Services > Speed cameras.
3. Tap Enable alerts.

Tap Alert settings to change a sound effect.
You will now be warned about various types of camera locations including fixed and mobile speed cameras.


Note: Speed camera alerts are only given when you are driving at 60% or more of the allowed speed.

The above was already done.

Its not the alert, the cameras aren't showing on the map.

Where did you put the speedcams ? they should be in the map folder, and do you have an active subscription ?

The files are in the map folder, .ov2, .ov2.dct and Ov2.ver
