Any genuine feedback experience using BETTA LIVING KITCHEN company?

Hi everyone, we have been browsing many showrooms looking for a wooden cabinet kitchen, and so far Betta Living seems to have the best prices. We are curious about their Shaker, Alderley and Cranford collection kitchens. We also looked into John Lewis and Harvey Jones but it is much more money.
We booked a betta living designer to come in next month to give us a free full quote and wanted to know first if anyone dealt with them and how it went?
Any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you.
