Good Afternoon
Received an invoice from Total Car Parks for overstaying in one of their Manchester car parks.
Ticket on windscreen so within the 56 days allowed for NTK.
The one thing missing from letter than I can tell is any evidence. 8 (7) of POFA 2012.
What are my next steps?
I assume its an appeal to Total Car Parks that
a). The sum sought does not represent a genuine pre-estimate of yours or your principal's loss.
