I didn't doubt any malice was intended - I just didn't see your previous post in this thread.

That said, please start your own thread if you wish advice - we work on the basis of one problem, one thread in here. (To do anything other than this would make things a nightmare to keep on top of - it's hard enough as it is, what with how busy this forum gets).

I'll blog this later today. Meanwhile I am in discussion with the POPLA board about this kind of tactic. If either of the two posters wants me to bring this up please email me at [EMAIL="prankster@parking-prankster.com"]prankster@parking-prankster.com[/EMAIL] with copies of the rejection letter and envelope. The next board meeting is Friday, so you will need to be quick.


I suggest this is brought to the attention of the BPA as well.

The Royal Mail fraud department can then use this to find out exactly why mail is arriving late when posted in Cornwall.

Hello and thank you for posting on Money Saving Expert today.
I am absolutely disgusted at the tactics of Armtrac. It appears there are lots of people out there that have either spotted this or fallen for it!

I have attached the envelope and letter and thank you for taking this in front of the board on Friday.
I have also attached their new sign! After I appealed to Armtrac they came and removed our main sign and fitted a new blue one, I wonder what they are up to now?

Lastly I should say that the land we received a parking ticket on is private and its the land in front of our garages. The properties are all owned, how on earth are they allowed to ticket our cars on private land? I doubt they should be even on our land! How do I find out who has got these morons to even police our land?
