Thanks Tiger, I collected one yesterday and one this morning and it looks like the full amounts are still pending from my account I am sure it will sort itself out in the next day or 2 but my brain is mush with numbers at the minute - will just have to keep an eye on what actually comes out of the account eventually.

I do all my A shopping on my credit card and pay off each month. Sooooo much easier to keep track of money out (but quite a bit of money in too). I have a note of what i should be refunded.

nope, is the answer to that one Locarr. I'm sat at my desk with no car today and I find their website poopy. It's a light in work so I'm not fussed about saving money/time/energy :rotfl:
