Love that pic BB :T:T:T I will confess to only having picked tattles once as a child and not through choice
They were in grandparents garden, so I never got paid either :rotfl::rotfl:
I do remember my grandma telling me about how everyone who was able, including children took to the fields to harvest the potatoes during the war. They were grown anywhere there was space apparently.0 -

Making as much sense as normal:DLove this nerfy, reminds me of ds2 in the mornings only he brings his spotty blankie down and sits in the corner of the sofa snuggled up with the iPad watching stampy longnose on youtube
I hate stampy in the morning:eek:Ooooh if there's a naughty and nice list then Bubbs and nerfy will definitely be on the naughty list
Bubbs is very naughty always reusing her asda bag:rotfl:0 -

It was hard work and these days some department would prob be involved for keeping five year old working all day !Loving the pic BB! How cute were you!
I've never heard of tattie holidays, but funny enough that was me yesterday trying to gather them all in before the rain gets to them this afternoon. Only 1 more bag to go! I would attempt to store them properly but there's not a lot of point really, I didn't heap the soil up as much as I could have so there aren't as many as I'd hoped. Very nice though, they're Picasso, £6 a bag for about 25kg at our local farm shop, I just planted the last dozen to see what would happen so I'm counting this lot as freebies
Tatties are dear unless you pop by a farm and get them. I used to get sent to my grans a mile away with 55lb bag on my bike !fairclaire wrote: »Love that pic BB :T:T:T I will confess to only having picked tattles once as a child and not through choiceThey were in grandparents garden, so I never got paid either :rotfl::rotfl:
