I've had a brilliant day Dave baking and cooking.....and eating.:)

Did anyone get the M&S belly pork on the meal deal. Well lifted it out of the freezer earlier and made a cauliflower cheese with whoopsied cauliflower, whoopsied beans, green house tomatoes, onion rings and .....wait for it.......black pudding.:)

The meal had a sachet with a gravy/ sauce and it was delicious.
I've also made cakes, biscuits and puddings and a pumpkin soup. I also did a load of spicy croutons to go with it.All meals are now sorted for next week and I've had a brilliant day:T

Im ok thanks , had a lazy day really, most energetic thing i have done is go to the post office and list a few bits on ebay;)

I've been to the gym, cleaned the bathroom, hoovered the whole house, cleaned the front room, cooked, packed my bag for work tomorrow. I'm on fire. LOL.

Post Office on a Sunday? Oooh you must live in a posh area for it to be open on a Sunday.

Do you have many problems on eBay? I've just had a moose message me saying the item I sent her is not working properly, so can she have a full cash refund and she is more than happy to keep the item also. So I messaged back saying, open a case and let's do it properly. All of a sudden the item has started working now and she is not bothered for a full cash refund anymore. !!!!!!!:eek::eek:

Sorry mrsmac but not for me but on the other hand I do love a nice bowl of Scots Porridge oats:T

If its from bakery/butchers up here it's usually beef in them now. Mutton fell out of fashion years back. In saying that. They are an acquired taste and can be very very greasy.

And indigestion is cured with the irn bru that normally accompanies it.

I'm not a pie fan but the pastry is the best bit :)
