My pantene shop was a massive failure yesterday I noticed that they were £2 instore and did a cc for later in the day. Got charged full price :eek: and they did not compare well against anybody - even the 3 for 2 offers So....£18 for 3 shampoos.

I phoned the store (rather than the cs number) and queried the price and they said £5.99 each was correct - not sure if the price changed from £2 during the day. Anyway, they said it is ok for me to return all 3 and get a refund. Fingers well and truly burned!

Also, Nwest bank fraud team suspended my account due to irregular activivty and I had to phone and confirm some transactions with them. I did an udis shop and they were oos but the full price is pending from my bank account as well as the cost of the shopping minus the oos items - not sure if this is normal but will have to keep an eye on my account over the next few days.

ds2 off school poorly and I now have a massive headache so off to pop some pills.

Im actually hoping for some good cold weather this winter Last years mild winter has a lot to answer for!! Not cold enough to kill off the weeds in the garden and lots of confused plants flowering when they had no right to be. I had arum lillies in January :eek:

Good morning everyone!

I'm happy as a clam today. I've just been paid for my first two weeks of my new job so I decided to bite the bullet and pay off the last of the credit card I've had since 2008

I shudder to think how much I actually paid versus how much I borrowed but it's gone!!! I have one store card with a relatively small amount on it still to pay and then I will be totally debt-free.

It feels so good to almost be there!
