Quorn Sausages are off in M. Meaning that they are extremely likely to be off on the APG Avs M very soon and very likely to be off well shorter than within 24 hours.

These are the packs (packs not bags;)) of 6 frozen ones, equivalent to Linda McCartney, and called "Quorn Low Fat Sausages". Quorn's website tells us they are low in saturated fat, which means that they may be higher in non-saturated fat than ordinary, regular fat sausages of other makes. Note "may" - not necessarily "are", I've no idea.

These are known to work on the current price collection vs M. So, if you need them - not available to Northern Ireland on this - they must really be bought tonight, on an M comp., in A.

Were 99p in M, now £1.99:eek:. They are £1.99 individual price in A:). They may have gone up in individual price recently in A (no need to fall for 3 for £5 mbuying), so it's possible you may see an individual price on the SEL of lower than £1.99. It is of course good if there is a lower-priced SEL but the item goes through at a higher price.

Linda McCartney sausages were £1 and remain £1, but work out slightly less good (and more than slightly if APG fails on them - I don't think we had confirmation on them on current price collection, due to be replaced probably tomorrow late morning).

    Alright you lot.

Bubbs I hope it's nothing too serious for your brother in law. Everything crossed here.

I did my first bikini body workout this morning. JESUS. I mean.......JESUS.

I am so ridiculously unfit. My legs were shaking, I felt like I was gonna faint or be sick or both. A real wake up call about how unfit I have become. But I did it. It was a leg + cardio workout so I was suitably breathless and now my legs (and back and almost everything else) are killing me. But the way I see it, it just means I worked hard. If I couldn't feel it then it wouldn't be a proper workout!

A 35 minute power walk tomorrow if I can get my legs moving :o
