I struggle with Sultanas in curries snap. Also gammon and pineapple:eek:
I think the only fruit and meat combo I like is turkey and cranberry:T
    Notice I didn't mention the C word:)

    :) I love 'sweet & sour' tastes

Cranberry sauce I have on nearly every red or white meat

  • Speaking of jokes I was pondering the phone set up our family have. Whenever OH buys a new phone he gives me his old one. I then pass my old one to MIL and she passes her old one to FIL. FILs old phone gets sold at the local auction. I was commenting about poor FIL always having the oldest phone then it occurred to me that he is "fourth in line for the phone" :rotfl:

It probably isn't that funny to most people but I was in hysterics :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Thanks to OPs for the Udis, pork mince and the dish cloths.
Love the pork mince it is really tasty.

Also thanks to wonderful green fingered TM who has provided me with loads of home grown fruit & veg. Turnip and one of the cabbages in the pan already for tea. Apples will be peeled for a crumble soon. Leeks & potatoes will be making a wonderful soup (just need to get some bacon & stock out of the freezer). The pumpkin is massive - will weigh it later. Hope it keeps okay in the garage until halloween.

You are more than welcome Elaine. Thank YOU for the chocolate. I ate a box on the way home:rotfl:

I love giving my surplus to people who are genuinely grateful. I used to take a lot of stuff into work but would find it still in the office in carriers at the end of the week:o. I wish people would just be honest. I hate waste:o
