More potassium than 4 bananas, this is a recent addition to my fridge :D Have tried coconut water before but it was rank, feeling brave when I saw this but it is lovely shame the price is a bit  £2.99 at T's

Is it nice tasting Westie? I've tried it before from those little bottles you get in Ts and hated it.

I'm starting Kayla Itsines bikini body workout/nutrition guide tomorrow. I follow her on Instagram and the results look pretty great. It's just sensible eating and exercise, no fads. I'm not looking forward to the Burpees though. Used to have a personal trainer once a week and he'd always make me do Burpees because he knew I hated them :rotfl:

    It was in store.

Instore can only see the price you pay which is £2 hence why it didn't work.
Unless there's a multi buy on msm, msl then the apg always sees this regardless of price you have payed instore.
Ignore reality. There's nothing you can do about it.

My PT makes me do them towards the end of the session...I ask why can't we do them earlier and get them out the way when I'm fresh!

    That's why it didn't work. :(

Needs to be c&c or hd.
You also need to check price in your store too before ordering.

    Morning cjj :hello:
    How you doing hun?
It feels like I'm never here these days. :( I've taken a few extra hours on at work so my day consists of- drop lil stink off at breakie club, go to work, come home, go pick him up again, get in, clean, cook, play (always time for this :)) eat, bath and bed for ds. I finally get to sit down about 7.30pm. I'm knackered at the mo. Lol.

I've poked my head round the door a couple of times and I've managed to do a couple of radox shops but that's really about it.
    I miss you all :( x

Aww bless you. We miss u too. Hope things soon get a little less hectic for u. I'm also good ta xx

Afternoon all. Chilly but bright and sunny here so I've washed all the bedding and got it out on the line. I don't really like to do jobs like laundry on a Sunday but it seemed too good an opportunity to miss. BFF is down from Scotland so off out for a meal with her and her family later :)

Yeah it was the Vita one. All the girls in the office were drinking it a couple of years ago. I tried it and just thought, why would anyone enjoy this? Bleh.

    Thanks for the recommendation :)

Want to join me on a pull up/chin up challenge? What ever you can do now - double it or better by the end of the month? I'm a bit out of practise and there is a distraction for me when I do them :D;)

*wonders* how TM got on with the 12min/ mile walk.....

Afternoon everyone. I've been a right numpty today. Went to bed late and forgot Glasto tickets went on sale today so I've missed out. Gutted.

Does anyone know roughly when the resale is? Next year it will be exactly 10 years since the last time I was there so have an overwhelming urge to go!

Hello Mrs s! tweets I'm so glad Poppy has perked up and isn't favouring her paw anymore :)

    Hi hunny :hello:
    Bummer about the tickets. :(
Hope you get some on the resale. Let us know when it is and we'll all give you a poke. X
