    Morning!

I hope you start to feel better soon tweets.

I've just made myself a banana smoothie to start off the week. 240ml unsweetened almond milk, just under two tablespoons of almond butter, one banana. Simple and delicious :)

This morning's mission is to sort a sound mixer for our filming on Wednesday. Got a few  CVs to look at.

    Catch ya later!

Do yourself a bacon roll:cool: much better for you :o

    Well done. :T

Much better than a bacon roll :D

    My kind of breakfast! :)

I had oats, coconut butter, ginger, chopped dates and a handful of my favourite seed/nut mix made into a porridge.

    :)

Hope you are ok fairclaire ....
  • I had peanut butter on toast for breakfast. Not that healthy but one of the few things that leaves me feeling full for at least the morning.

Hope fairclaire has gone off on another last minute trip.

If a glitch comes along, will you shout very loud?

I have warm neem oil drops in my ears and plugged with 2 scraps of bandaging material as I couldn't find the cotton wool :D

The stuff stinks but it really is fabulous stuff!!!!!

Sooooo glad I bought a litre of the stuff as it has a million uses.
