This one is from yesterday, but I thought initially it looked good - two Cokes (downsized to 1.75L from 2L:() looks good as vs T on bogo'f', even though I'd prefer if the A mbuy didn't count, 6 pint milk - good, Pot Noodle good (as it's £3 and £1.94 in T) - bet they've ruined it by the Tuna though - suspect that'll go £3 vs £6:eek:.
In the event, the Tuna was non-comp.:T, and the items I've mentioned compare well (on wombles, not necessarily good prices for us to compare against;)). But look how much these two bad purchases affect the result:
1 x Warburtons Medium Sliced White Bread (800g)£1.00£1.45
1 x ASDA Chosen by You Thin & Crispy Pepperoni Pizza (...£1.00£1.56
Comparison total (compared products only)£16.45£16.35:(
(After £3.00 vs £1.94 on the Pot Noodle, could have hoped for T to be more than 10p cheaper. Just never satisfied am I?:rotfl:)0 -
