PCN from Euro Car Parks

Got a PCN from ECP at the end of July, and appealed it on 9th August, using the info on here - thanks all! Got an "appeal received" email straight back. Since then have heard nothing - no 28 day reminder and no reply to the appeal within the 35 days that ECP said they reply by.
Does that mean I'm in the clear?

They may fib and claim they replied. Head them off by raising a complaint with the BPA that they have not replied within 35 days.
