Any advice please. My daughter brought her car parking ticket when she went to college but this must have blew off the dash when closing the door. We have emailed Elite a copy of the ticket to prove that she actually had purchased it but the have turned down our appeal, and also asking for our address, which we would not provide them with.
They have sent us pictures of her car showing that it was not displayed in the windows or on the dash (which we know because it has gone down to the gear stick) and said if we want to proceed we need to appeal to POPLA.
Do you think we should ignore the charge or just pay them?

Ignoring has not been an option for nearly two years now!
You need to get stuck into the Newbies Sticky to see how to get shot of them properly.
You have already made one mistake by contacting them - Instead you should have waited for the NTK - A lot of PPCs fail at this initial hurdle but instead you handed it to them!
