UKPC fines
Nickole
I live in a flat with private parking, We have 2 parking permits per flat, one of which my partner uses. My car, a ford KA has broke and the engine does not start, it is waiting to be scrapped. I have since bought a new car and my permit is in this car. I wrote a note on the car explaining the situation and parked my current car next to the KA (to show the permit, except when at work) and for four days this was excepted, however while away at the weekend I came home to 3 parking fines on my car worth £300! I am unable to move this car until the scrap company comes and collects this car. I am not in a position to pay £300 worth of fines.
Is there anything I can do to avoid paying these?
Any help would greatly appreciated

Yes there is, start by reading the newbies start here thread on page one of this forum, it's all there on how to win against the scum that is UKPC.
Oh and no you have not been fined, you have three speculative invoices dressed up to look like real parking tickets!!0 -
