Virgin tickets- any ways to get money back/transfer?

Stoopid question I know as I was told they were "non transferable2 but I thought I'd ask:o
Made a huge C*ck up with tickets and need to travel the day after now!
Can I (for a fee etc) move them or are they no use and I'd better try to ebay them fast?

Yes you can change them but there would be an admin fee. Either ring them or go to the station and do it thereThis country is called Great Britain. It would be called Amazing Britain if it wasn't for people like you pulling the average down0

Oh wow that is encouraging news- I'll got to the station tomorrow.
Life has been so hellish at the moment and everythig is so tightly coordinated that dropping this "juggling ball" has brought the rest crashing in, butit may yet be salvageable.0
