Obtaining Credit report of a third party

Hi all
The circumstances are thus:
1). I'm a landlord where the previous tenant has left owing almost £5,000 in unpaid rent
2). The tenant left without leaving forwarding address
3). I employed services of a tracing agency in order to successfully obtain a new address for tenant
4). I have raised a money claim online and have obtained a Tomlin Order against judgement debtor (tenant)
5). Tenant has made offers to pay debt at rate of £50.00 pcm which is disputed by me given that it will take in excess of 8 years to service the debt which is unreasonable
6). I suspect tenant lives an extravagant financial lifestyle and chooses not to service the debt against her
7). Tenant relies on baseless claims of hardship in the court proceedings to shy away from offering more money per month to service the debt quicker.
8). I say she is capable of paying £200.00 pcm to service debt which will take around 2 years to pay off.
Does anyone know whether it is possible to obtain any legal disclosure of her and her partner's (joint tenant) current credit report in order to establish her financial position so I can assist the Court in its function to enforce the debt against her?
Any information anyone can provide in this regard will be useful.
Regards

Not with a credit report. You are not allowed to get that and it wouldn't tell you what you want anyway. The legal route is this http://www.adviceguide.org.uk/wales/debt_w/debt_action_your_creditor_can_take_e/how_a_creditor_can_get_information_about_your_finances.htmStill rolling rolling rolling......

Hi
Thanks for the reply. I say I am right because she has entered into a three year lease agreement for the lease of a motor vehicle costing around £14,000 whilst at that time she was in the knowledge that she was in debt with me. She has also entered into another hire purchase agreement for £160.00 per month she claims, again in the knowledge that she was in debt to me.
The rent arrears got to £5,000 because she kept spinning me a yarn that she could not afford the rent due to her not being able to afford repayments to a loan shark. I think the reality is that she chooses to fund her lifestyle at the time at the expense of my rent money.
Also, 8 years to service the debt is unreasonable to me as its a long time and a lot can happen during this time. I feel that if I agree to those terms she will never ever actually service this debt at all!0 -
That's as maybe, but she has now made that lease agreement - that's a contract that she is now in, and the money going towards both that and her HP agreement are legitimate outgoings - the money she owes you is no more or less important than the money she owes to other creditors, even if she isn't in default with them.
I don't think you really get to 'agree' to the terms as such. If the court have allowed her to make payments of £50 a month, that's all she's required to pay. If you haven't gotten that far yet and are still negotiating repayment with her, then of course you can ask for whatever you want. That's not to say you'll get it though, especially if she's confident that she can convince a court that she doesn't have any more than £50 a month to spare.0
